November 3, 2020 – Bubbah has gone to his forever home, he will be sharing his life with a stay at home mom and a 9 year old pug X buddy.

October 28, 2020 – Bubbah is back with his foster family.  His adoption didn’t work out. Bubbah is a very good boy but he doesn’t like to be left alone in the house.  He doesn’t have separation anxiety, he is rather insecure and we are sure that in the right home and with an adoptive family who will be patient with him, he will thrive and will eventually learn to become a more secure boy.  Ideally, his forever home is a person, a couple or a family where there is someone almost always home.  Bubbah will howl and pace when he is left alone.  He is non destructive at all but he is clearly not happy to be left behind.  Like lots of pugs, Bubbah want to be with his human everywhere they go in the house.  He is a dream dog on walks and his recall is amazing.  If you think you can offer Bubbah a loving forever home, please submit your adoption application.

September 21, 2020 – Bubbah is recovering very well from his dental surgery. After the last update Bubbah started to play with a few different toys. One was a stuffy and the other was a ball. Bubbah loves to go on short walks and is very good on the leash. He loves to be around the lake and will always listen when he is being called, Bubbah enjoys his car rides and having the window down so the wind can blow in his face. Bubbah still chases the resident cat when he sees him. Bubbah loves to be home with people and will follow you around the house. When we do have to go out, Bubbah is a very good boy and will lay close to the door and wait very patiently for you to come back. Bubbah is still drinking from the bathtub, instead of the water dish. Bubbah is a quiet dog that is looking to be spoiled and loved. He is more of a mommy’s boy and will stay close to the female of the house. He likes to sit on the couch beside me and sleep right beside me in bed at night.

September 11, 2020 – If Bubbah was not always following me around I would forget that were fostering him. He is a very quiet easy going pug and will paw at the door if he needs to go out. Bubbah loves to hang out with me. If I am sitting on the couch watching tv, he is by my side with his head resting on me or him laying on me. If I ma sewing he is laying by my feet waiting patiently for me to finish.

As soon as you start to talk to him, you will notice his tail starting to wag, he loves when you talk to him. Bubbah is great on walks, he listens, walks well and does not pull on the leash.

Bubbah has been great around small children, he will pretty much leave them alone. He tries to chase and will bark when he sees the cat. I have not seen him have any interest in toys or dog chews. Bubbah loves to sleep with you through the night and will try and wait patiently for you in the morning to feed him. Bubbah has now been transitioned to raw food and is eating it very well. We are still working on training Bubbah to drink out of a water bowl opposed to the bath tub. Bubbah is getting his teeth cleaned on September 17.
