August 28, 2019 – Pollyanna has found her forever home with her foster family. She will share her life with an older pug female and a pug X.
August 27, 2019 – Pollyanna is really starting to show her true spirit. She loves to play with toys on her own and enjoys a good game of tug-o-war. Such a happy go luck girl, able to adapt to any situation with ease. Polly went for her dental recheck last Friday and is healing great, an no more bad breath! She has fully transitioned to Big Country Raw and loving it. We are continuing with short walks as Polly reduces her weight by another couple pounds, she is down 1.3lbs now. There is a marked improvement in her breathing already during our walks and a spring to her step. Polly is a joy to foster!!
August 20, 2019 – Another week has passed and Polly is doing well. She had 6 teeth removed on Friday during her dental procedure. She was very unsettled during the night, but back to her happy self on Saturday. Polly went from 9.8 to 9.2 kilograms in two weeks. We continue our walks and playing in the field. Polly has met several dogs and a cat and gets along with them all. This girl is a bit of a social butterfly and loves to meet people as well. Polly loves the car as much as people, she let’s a squeal of happiness out when asked if she wants to go for a ride. Spaying is scheduled for September 4.
August 12, 2019 – Polly has settled into her foster home very well over the past week. She is an extremely loving girl, with a very outgoing personality.
Polly thinks she is a lap dog and loves to be close to people. If you are busy, she has no issue going and laying in her bed or making herself comfortable on the couch. Polly sleep in the big bed at night and doesn’t make a peep of noise. She walks well on a leash and loves to meet dogs and humans alike.
Polly enjoys her numerous walks per day as we continue to work on her weight reduction.
Polly went to the Carp Farmers Market on Saturday where she demonstrated she is well behaved in a large crowd of people.
Polly is going to the vet this Friday for dental procedure and microchipping. This sweet girl is a pleasure to have in the house and very easy going.
Polly’s only bad habit is barking at dogs and other animals on the television. Other than that, Polly is a perfect pug!
August 8, 2019 – Polly went to the vet a few days ago and was brought up to date in her vaccination. She continues to be a perfect easy going pug. Polly is getting her teeth cleaned on August 13 then a few weeks later, she will get spayed.
August 4, 2019 – Polly came in yesterday. She was surrendered by her owner who couldn’t afford to have her payed and have her teeth cleaned. Polly is a sweet girl who gets along with every dog. Polly had numerous litters in her life. She is 21.5lbs. Polly is going to the vet this Tuesday for a complete check up and to schedule her dental procedure and spay surgery. Polly is born November 28, 2009.
