Rescuing a dog (or two in my case) has been one of the greatest joys. Knowing that we have helped make a dog’s life a little easier gives everyone in our family a sense of pride. Kitty is a charming new addtion to our family. She has transitioned very well.. There have been a few small issues but with time and love she is settling in and understanding how life here works. Everything in the house was new to her. Pugs are quick learners and naturally friendly so within a few days it was as if she’d been here all along. I had no idea that pugs were so fabulous! I’d heard many people talk about their affection and quirky ways. Until she came into our lives, I had never experienced a “pug hug” and after a long day at work it is a delight to see her affection and loyalty. She is so sweet, playful and fun. She has formed a bond with all of us very quickly. She is a bit of a clown and makes us laugh.

Under My Wing Pug Rescue helped us in the process of picking the right pug for us. We couldn’t be happier. I only wish I had done this sooner! Please consider a rescue. You will be changing a dog’s life through an act of kindness. Far beyond this though, your life will be enriched by a charming four legged friend.
