June 2, 2013 – Tobie Wan is gone to her forever home today.
May 19, 2013 – Tobie Wan is an early riser and eager to begin every new day, she is blossoming in her foster home and thoroughly enjoys the company of her resident pug brother. We have noticed that Tobie seems to do well around all dogs and is best suited in a forever home with another four-legged friend to keep her company. Always excited to put her harness on and head out for her walks, Tobie Wan is currently accustomed to being walked three times daily. Like many pugs, Tobie is more than content to curl up on your lap or nearby for a cuddle and rest and takes the greatest pleasure in having her siestas basking in the sun. Please submit an application to offer Tobie Wan her perfect forever home.
May 8, 2013 – Tobie Wan had her stitches removed yesterday and she had a great recovery. She had a good time at Brewer Park Farmers Market this past Sunday and let lots of people. Tobie Wan really enjoys being with other dogs and she loves her walks. If you are interested in adopting Tobie Wan, please submit your adoption application form. Ideally, we would like Tobie Wan to go to a home with a backyard and a 4 legged companion.
April 22, 2013 – Tobie Wan is doing so well, she doesn’t seem to be in any pain or discomfort after her spaying surgery. We are still trying to keep her as quiet as possible. She really loves to be around people. As soon as we walk in the house, she is at the door greeting us and doing 360s in excitement
April 18, 2013 – Tobie Wan was spayed today. She weights 20.2lbs. The surgery went very well and she will be ready to go back to her foster family later today. Tobie is on the left of this picture. If you are interested in adopting Tobie Wan, please submit your adoption application form.
April 12, 2913 – Tobie has adapted to life with another pug and spent her first evening and day cuddled up and sleeping with her new friend. More interested in her favorite pastime cuddling, rather than playing, Tobie is overjoyed to curl up on the couch with you and keep you warm. Tobie is an energetic and strong girl who will need an active forever home with structure. She walks very well on a leash and is very polite during meal times. Tobie is set to be spayed next Friday and will soon be ready for adoption. Stay tuned for more Tobie news.
April 10, 2013 – Tobie came in this evening. Rescued from a high kill shelter in Quebec and set to be euthanized this Friday, Tobie has adapted quickly to her new life beyond bars. She is happy-go-lucky and already playing, being friendly with the resident dogs and performing like a typical pug (sleeping). Tobie is beautiful and she was an angel in the car during her transport from Montreal to Ottawa. Tobie is about 20lbs and she has the softest coat and velvety ears. Stay tuned for more on Tobie in the coming days.
