August 18, 2018 – Pablo’s foster mom has expressed the desire to adopt him as he fitted so well in the family and the resident dog. Pablo is now in his forever home.
August 10, 2018 – Pablo is doing great! Everyone who meets him loves him, he is so sweet. His training has been going really well and we haven’t had any accidents in the house. He is a real cuddle bug and will cuddle with anyone, but he keeps an eye on me at all times. He has met many people and another small dog. He likes to play with other dogs but is not too much interested in toys. Pablo was neutered this week and everything went very well. Meet Pablo on Saturday August 11 at Ren’s Pets Depot from 11AM to 3PM.
July 31, 2018 – Pablo went for his vet check yesterday and got vaccinated (DAPP + rabies). He weighs 15.4lbs. He is a sweet boy and loves to cuddle. He jumps into bed at night and sleeps right through until I get up. He loves having people come visit and gets along with big or little dogs. He is eating at regular scheduled times, and he hasn’t had any accidents for the last couple days, I have been crating him if I go out just in case, but he is doing very well. He is very gentle even when playing and just wants to be with me where ever I go. The severe thunder storm we had didn’t seem to bother him a bit. He will whine a little when left alone but I have never heard him bark. He will be going for his neutering surgery
on August 9.
July 26, 2018 – Carter, the resident Weimaraner and Pablo got along great, they played for a couple hours last night. He slept in the bed with us and did pretty good, he whined a few times, but I am sure he is confused. He is very sweet and snuggled right up beside me. He is trying to mark but the belly bands are working well, he did scratch at the door this morning to go out, so I think he is trained. I have caught him a couple times lifting his leg and corrected him before he could mark. He only ate a few bites this morning, but I will try again later, everything is new, so he is more interested in exploring. He has very good temperament and isn’t showing any food aggression.
July 25, 2018 – Pablo was surrendered by his owner who didn’t have time for him. He just turned 3 on July 15. Pablo is not neutered and is going to the vet this Monday for a complete check up and to et brought up to date on his vaccines. Stay tuned for more on this beautiful boy as we get to know him better. Pablo is a pug X.
