UMWPR-Ninette-11September 23, 2013 – Ninette has been adopted by her foster family…

September 22, 2013 – Don’t be fooled by the number next to Ninette’s age, she is an energetic and thoroughly active girl. Ninette’s frame is so wee that she is an absolute delight to cuddle with, never too heavy on your lap and no pointy elbows jabbing into your thighs! Ninette loves her daily walks and is the most perfect walking companion, as she waits for you if she is ahead and will catch up with you if she is found lagging behind. Ninette is 100% housetrained, which is an absolute delight for all! Please consider providing Ninette with her forever home or share with anyone that you think can provide her with a loving home. Contact us HERE if you are interested in adopting Ninette.

September 7, 2013 – Ninette was at a fundraising event today and she was VERY happy to meet new people and get lots of attention and cuddles. Ninette is so loving and precious.

August 19, 2013 – Ninette is back in her foster home and after recovering fully her first night, is back in the swing of things. Due to her only 4 remaining teeth, Ninette is lucky enough to be on a soft food diet, making her foster brothers and sisters quite jealous! Ninette has not yet become accustomed to eating with her lack of teeth and takes a little while to get the job done, we will eventually introduce kibble into her diet, but she seems to only have eyes for the wet food at the moment. Ninette is clearly happy to have been rescued by UMWPR and is living in the lap of luxury; running around a fully fenced yard, sleeping all day, and being talked to and cuddled to her heart’s content. Ninette is quite independent and does not need to be with her humans at all minutes of the day.Happy to sleep the night away alone in her bed, Ninette is also quite independent of her foster brother and sisters. A lovely housetrained home addition, Ninette loves her walks and is quite polite on the leash. Ninette will be suited to a forever home with or without four legged friends, she will be a delightful addition to any home.

August 15, 2013 – Ninette is at the vet today to get spayed and have her teeth cleaned. Stay tuned for an update on Ninette later on today.

August 11, 2013 – My goodness, this little lady is the most darling thing on four legs. Ninette was a smart girl to stray, as it has landed her here, in total bliss. Ninette is very active for her age and packs quite a lot of spunk in her little 10 pound frame. Ninette is housetrained and loves being outside, touring the yard and smelling everything in sight. She is very friendly with her three other foster pug brothers and sister. Ninette is in dire need of a dental cleaning and will visit the vet this Thursday to have this done as well as getting spayed. She does not seem to have many teeth in her mouth as it is, so we will see what she is left with. Ninette is a very slow eater and should definitely be kept away from other pug or dog shaped sharks while she eats. She is quite content to get into bed and curl up with you for the night and absoluely loves the belly rubs. Ninette is a perfect companion in the car and appears to understand French as her primary language. Ninette loves to play and be chased and it seems that she would be very well suited for a forever home with or without other four legged friends. As far as houseguests go, Ninette is the best of the best and she is welcome here for as long as she needs!

August 9, 2013 – Ninette is a senior pug, the vet estimate her to be around 10 years old. She was found stray. Ninette has been vaccinated and will soon visit the vet for a complete check up and to be spayed & have her teeth cleaned. Ninette is a very friendly little girl, she weights about 11lbs.
