March 4, 2024 – Cricket and Sunny have been transferred to Pugalug Pug Rescue in Toronto.  Please follow their journey on their website.

February 27, 2024 – Cricket’s hip surgery went very well, she is back to her foster family for a smooth recovery.

February 19, 2024 – Cricket is a happy little pug. Cricket loves the snow and being outdoors. Cricket will growl if another dog gets too close to her toys or chews. Cricket has finished her antibiotics for her UTI. She still has the odd pee indoors. Cricket uses the dog bed as a step to getting on the couch and uses the ramp daily to get outdoors.
Cricket is getting a surgery on February 26 for hip dysplasia on her left leg.

February 12, 2024 – Cricket and Sunny have had a great week. They both had an outing to the pet store where they were fitted for new harnesses and leads. They sure love their squeaky and chew toys. Cricket has been treated for a UTI and is being treated with antibiotics. Her potty training has improved with medication. Both pups have started to snuggle with their foster mom and they give LOTS of kisses. Both pups sleep through the night peacefully.

February 5, 2024 – Cricket is doing very well.  She is adjusting easily to her new environment and is happy to be with her brother Sunny.  Little Cricket is getting spayed tomorrow and will get her hernia repaired at the same time.

January 31, 2024 – Cricket went to the vet this morning, she is 11.6lbs.  She is getting spayed and get her hernia fixed on Tuesday February 5, 2024.  She was brought up to date to her vaccination.

January 31, 2024 – Cricket came in yesterday along with her brother Sunny.  Cricket is born on August 7, 2023.  She is almost 6 months.  Cricket has a BIG umbilical hernia that will need to be fixed.  Cricket is going to the veterinarian this morning for a complete check up and be vaccinated.
