If you have a pug that you wish to relinquish to UNDER MY WING -  Pug Rescue, please contact us by email or at 613.558.7070.  There is no fee to place your pug into our care. 

We understand that surrendering your pug may be one of the hardest decisions you'll ever have to make. People surrender their animals due to many reasons.

For whatever reason - UNDER MY WING - Pug Rescue will support your decision.

We will take in any and all pugs regardless of age or health issues, should space allow.  Should space be limited at the time of your surrender, rest assured we will contact you as soon as a foster family is available.  Prior to surrendering your pug, we ask that you gather any information regarding your pug's veterinary care, including vaccination and sterilization certificates. If you are unable to find these papers, please provide us with authorization to contact your veterinarian

Prior to surrender, we ask that you complete a Surrender Form HERE  that allows us to become legal guardians of your pug.

He/she will then be put into foster care or taken directly to the vet, whichever is appropriate to the situation. Your pug will not placed in a shelter environment, but will instead go to a loving foster family who will assess what type of forever home will best suit him/her.

They will be sterilized if required and brought up to date in their vaccination (DA2PP).
